The technological process of vaporization is as follows:

Flue gases, passing through the gas path of the boiler, heat up its heat exchange surfaces. Water heated by heat exchange surfaces evaporates. The steam passing through the steam heater is overheated by the exhaust flue gases and enters the consumer. The resulting slags from the evaporation of water are periodically removed from the boiler.
