The mobile screw conveyer is intended for mechanical transportation of grain and its products. At the customer’s option, conveyers can be manufactured of various lengths and variable, continuously adjustable elevation angle of the working took (worm). The screw conveyer can be used both in enclosed unheated premises and outdoors with ambient temperature range from -40°С to +45°С.

Composition of the item and delivery set.

The configuration of the mobile screw conveyer consists of the following assemblies.

The body (pipe) with receiving funnel and unloading manifold to load and unload grain, screw (worm) located in the body.
Vehicle dolly with body lifting and lowering mechanism.
Drives to provide worm rotation.
Start-up box with electrical equipment.

The conveyer is supplied assembled.

Principle of operation of the conveyer is as follows: The product (grain) is supplied to the receiving funnel. The rotating worm blade picks up the product and transports it to the unloading manifold, wherefrom it pours out by gravity. The body elevation angle (grain drop height) is smoothly adjusted using the lifting mechanism.
